We practice Traditional Yoga according to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and Hatha Yoga Pradipika. We emphasise yoga as a whole giving equal importance to all 8 Limbs [Yam (Restraints), Niyam (Observances), Asana (Steady Pose), Pranayama (Control of Vital Energy), Pratyahara (Withdrawal of the Senses from Objects), Dharna (Concentration), Dhyana (Meditation), Samadhi (Super Conscious State)]
Teachers Team – We have a team of Expert and Experienced Teachers who are dedicated to Teaching and sharing the knowledge of Yoga that they have gained through their constant and regular practice and extensive teaching experience at various places.
